It is the ideal place to spend your holiday in Puglia or for your business trip. You will be able to stay in a suggestive house characteristic of Salento, recently renovated, but which retains all the authenticity of the original residence.

Villa Mariella is located a few steps from the historic center of Fragagnano. The rooms are elegant, cared for down to the smallest detail and are characterized by the presence of several levels. Starting from the bottom, at the level of the entrance there is the living room with TV, a large equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a large fireplace and the master bathroom with bathtub. Going up to the first floor you reach the bedroom with double bed, single bed, walk-in closet and bathroom with shower.

The price indicated is per night and includes accommodation, use of the kitchen, bed linen and towels, courtesy set, electricity, water and gas consumption.

For one-night stays there is a surcharge of € 10.00.

The price does not include:

Final cleaning: € 50,00 (regardless of the length of stay)

Booking Conditions

Deposit: 30% of the total amount, payable by bank transfer to confirm the booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Security deposit: € 150,00, to be paid upon arrival and refunded on departure after inspection of the property.

House Rules

Energy saving: please switch off the air conditioners when leaving the house; otherwise, electricity costs may be charged.
Cleanliness and order: please keep the property tidy and in good condition during your stay.
Recycling: guests are kindly asked to follow the local waste collection schedule. Please place the bins outside the evening before the scheduled collection day to avoid waste accumulation at check-out. Instructions and dedicated containers are available in the house.
