I met Mariella in 1998 at the beginning of her activity in a previous company. She immediately proved to be a strong and motivated woman, while maintaining the warmth and friendliness of the South. Going to her is like being with a loved one in a familiar environment. The recurring phrase on the new Villa Mariella website "at home away from home" is exactly what it feels like to be Mariella's guests. You feel at home because she makes you feel that way.

Villa Mariella is a cosy and comfortable B&B, immersed in the Apulian countryside, among the colours and scents of the Mediterranean scrub. Nothing better for a few days of relaxation and psycho-physical well-being with the services offered to guests!

Mariella is kind, thoughtful and the elegance of Villa Mariella is the mirror of its owner. The interior of the B&B is refined and functional. When we arrived the large round table was already full of homemade cakes. The entire first floor is dedicated to guest rooms and further up there is a solarium with shower where you can sunbathe freely or refresh yourself in the evening with an aperitif. Outside there are huge spaces full of little corners dedicated to relaxation. This is where he welcomed us, in the shade of the olive trees, to delight us with excellent farmhouse cheeses and offer us the great wines produced by his family. There were many of us but he managed every moment with competence. A truly enjoyable evening.

Villa Mariella, but especially Mariella, was really a pleasant surprise. The hospitality, availability and professionalism of Mariella is remarkable, we found ourselves at home. The location is very well cared for in every detail, from the care of the garden to the smallest detail of furniture. The food offered is of great quality, panzerotti fried at the time with quality ingredients, excellent local cheese, friselle, sweet olives, all cured in every detail, the wines are extraordinary. But the most striking thing is the friendliness and friendship of Mariella, whom I thank from the bottom of my heart for this opportunity.

I went to the inauguration of the B&B Villa Mariella, what can I say? It is a portion of a family villa surrounded by a garden which is a delightful park with typical Mediterranean plants. Inside the structure, you are greeted by a spacious entrance-sitting room-TV room where you notice the attention to detail. Then there is another portion of the living room and kitchenette that invites you to start cooking.... The bedrooms, which are also cosy and tastefully furnished, can be reached by just a few steps. Then there is a sunbathing area for those who love sunbathing, or for those who in the evening want to enjoy a dinner caressed by a gentle breeze, with the view that is lost in the surrounding garden ... all very nice.

At Villa Mariella you can experience the goodness and authenticity of exclusively home-made products. The property welcomes you with familiarity and sympathy. Peace and tranquillity are guaranteed among the olive trees and many flowers. The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished with valuable objects. I would say that there are all the elements to feel at home pampered by all the staff. Try it to believe it!

A summer evening at Villa Mariella! Villa Mariella was an immersion in the serenity and harmony of its park. It is to find the immensity of the olive tree and the cheerfulness of the swing; every corner of the park and the house exalts the care and tradition of the land and the work of its host. Everything is care and serenity. And it manifests itself in the attention provided by Mariella and her all-female staff. Olives, home-made cheeses, panzerotti fried on the spot, everything denotes the care and serenity of the place and of Mariella. And what about the wines? All produced by Mariella's family and excellent (I chose the Rosato Primitivo, for the future I hope to taste the others). Not to mention the desserts! An ideal place to unwind in the evening after a day full of sea. Ideal place to find combined care and serenity, now become almost rare in this world. An ideal place created from an idea of Mariella's where she has "transmitted" the passion and desire of her Being. Thank you Mariella.

Entering Villa Mariella is a bit like stepping back in time with an eye to the future. Lined up on either side of the driveway leading to the house is a row of "capasoni" and demijohns that welcome you and tell stories of times gone by. The house, surrounded by wide open spaces, offers corners of refreshment and peace for body and soul under the olive trees. All around you can breathe in the scents and flavours of the land of Puglia. Mrs Mariella welcomes you with the elegance, simplicity and smile that are congenial to her. She is the perfect hostess and introduces you to her elegant B&B, immediately putting you at ease. A large living room welcomes guests and a large round table immediately speaks of inclusion. The well-furnished rooms, equipped with every comfort, are next to a magnificent solarium that overlooks the large garden. Stretching out on the sunbeds of the solarium you can admire the starry sky. A true enchantment on full moon nights.

Villa Mariella, a new b&b with attention to detail, under the "careful supervision" of the kind and helpful hostess ideal for those who love (like me), a structure "intimate and quiet" really appreciated the outdoor space, the solarium in the attic and the excellent and abundant breakfast "homemade for you"!
